We'd like to start off by thanking everyone who came out to our 2025 Summer Recital at the Taiwanese American Community Center! We saw some incredible talent on stage and we were so honored to get to display such stupendous pieces to our other performers, families, and friends. We hope to catch these same performers and more in our 2026 Winter Recital at the Joan Croc Theater in January!

Santee Music Academy is excited to announce Mateo Nunez as our August Student of the Month!
Mateo has been taking Piano lessons with Mr. Rob for the last six months and has sky rocketed in his improvement!
Him and Mr. Rob have been working hard on his song Nunca Es Suficiente by Los Ángeles Azules. We are so proud of all the incredible progress Mateo has made these last few months and look forward to helping him continue his musical journey!

Musical LadderSystem®Achievements
​
The Santee Music Academy and The San Diego School of Music are the only music schools in San Diego that give their students the opportunity to earn special colored wristband bracelets (kids and teens love them!), trophies AND certificates for passing musical tests with the Musical ladder System®. which has been awarded multiple patients and is being used by schools nationwide. Do other schools offer trophies and certificates? A few. But none of them inspire their students with the smiling faces by giving them full color, really cool "Musical Ladder System®" wristbands that they can show off to their friends.
Our featured Musical Ladder recipients this month include Reagan N. with her Master Trophy, Bryson and Malakhi S. with their Rockstar Trophies, and Richie V. with his Master Trophy! Incredible job to everyone and all their hard work, especially after our Summer Recital. We're excited to see all the awesome progress these students continue to make throughout their years with us!
